Overview
Our replacement policy on damaged pieces lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you replacements on your items. As these products are hand made to order WE DONT NOT OFF FULL REFUNDS on any of our cookie cutters but offer replacements on damaged pieces.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Items can be dropped off or returned via shipping at purchasers cost.
We are not responsible for any damaged or broken pieces that occur during assembly. Our assembly instructions are clear and will ensure that your tower assembles easily.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your new itsme will be processed, and shipped out to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a replacement part yet, first check your shipping tracking number and then contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be be subject to replacement. Sale items are subject to approval from us for replacements.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cookiecutterscanada.ca and send your item to: 84 Garden Drive, Barrie On, L4N5K2.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 84 Garden Drive, Barrie On, L4N5K2.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
